Events
The platform provides an events plane so services communicate asynchronously — publish an event, and subscribers receive it — without each service owning a broker.
The current implementation provides the infrastructure capability and provider transport for Cloud workloads. Topic lifecycle and authorization are not yet a public CLI workflow, so applications must not assume they can self-provision topology from this page.
